The VE100 is a sophisticated, real-time (no frame grabbing) digital image enhancer. It will provide a dramatic increase in target image clarity and picture quality of low contrast airborne or ground targets. This compact unit will enhance B&W, color and FLIR imagery in real time or recorded tape.
The VE100 reduces veiling glare, shadowing, and expands subtle details for improved visibility and a crisper image. Features normally lost in bright and dark image regions are recovered and sharpened in real time.
Various input video configurations are accepted by the unit including NTSC (525 line, 60Hz) or PAL (625 line, 50Hz) video standards, composite or Y/C. The VE100 automatically detects what type of video input is being applied and adjusts to same.
Three (3) controllable parameters are adjustable via rotating indexed switches:

The VE100 is configured in a self-contained, black color desktop enclosure that measures 118mm wide X 70mm high X 155mm deep (plus 18mm for front knobs plus 20mm for 2 BNC back connectors).
